Nitrile (NBR) is a synthetic elastomer that has good tensile strength, high elongation and good resistance to abrasion and tear, as well as resistance to heat, most oils, and gasoline. Most O-Rings are made from nitrile as a result of these physical and mechanical properties. We stock full rolls of 48″ wide AB-365 60A Nitrile with a temperature range of -38C – 100C in thicknesses of 1/32″, 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″. We also stock Transeal TG-65 nitrile which is specifically designed for use with electrical transformers.
